My Services

I offer a minimum package that includes 3 birth preparation sessions, birth attendance & 2 postpartum visits. You may also add on more 1:1 pre birth sessions & additional postpartum doula services for an agreed additional fee.

In each birth preparation session you will be held in safe space as we explore what is present for you. I will be guided by what you need on that day - this could be fear release work, previous birth de-briefs, practical birth preparation, nutrition advice, education on medical interventions, deep dive into what happens during the birthing journey, discussions of how to optimise your chance of having a physiological birth, postpartum preparation....and much more. I can also help with the preparation of your birth plan.

I will provide information and resources to help you navigate the medical system, enabling you to make evidence based and truly informed decisions.

This is not your average doula service. We will go deep together to leave you feeling safe, loved, informed, and fully ready to own your birth!

I am currently offering this service for a fee of £1,800

You will be held in safe space as we explore what is present for you. I can also provide information and resources to help you navigate the medical system, enabling you to make evidence based and truly informed decisions.

Each session is between 1-2 hours.

£50/Session

Postnatal recovery matters and I am here to support you to navigate your early days of motherhood. This may include (tailored to you):

· Holding space for you to release whatever you need to emotionally and to be held in loving presence. I will provide a safe and non-judgmental space for the you to share your birth experience, feelings, and concerns.

· Guided relaxation techniques and suggestion of journaling prompts to process the birth

· Physical support to you: bringing you tea & food, advice & assistance with perineum healing, guidance on nutrition

· Practical support: caring for new baby or siblings so you can rest, tending to the you (helping you shower, bringing you tea & food), cooking a nutritious meal, light housekeeping

· Advice or guidance with new born care

£40/hour

Women supporting women isn’t just important, its crucial to the healing of this world. In our Mother’s circles, we will gather together in a safe space to deeply listen, share and witness each other.

There will be a guided meditation to begin, some mindful movement, music and song. Most of the session will be a platform to share what is present for you in the presence of other mothers with an open discussion.

£10 per session.
